Return Policy
Sennheiser products may be returned for a refund, at customer's
shipping expense, minus a 15% restocking fee. Microphones
must be in good working order when returned. Return or exchange
of freight damaged goods will be handled on a case by case
basis. You can arrange for return by contacting us via phone
or contact form.
Cancellation Policy
All orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipping,
